United Legal Team was founded with the purpose of serving individuals, particularly those of modest means, from economic and physical injuries. All too often, economic justice isn’t provided “with liberty and justice for all.” Oftentimes, the people that have the least to lose actually lose simply because they do not have access to lawyers willing to fight for them. That’s not fair, and it’s certainly not acceptable.

Justice should be blind and shouldn’t be attached to the size of a person’s bank account. That is the reason we fight for the underserved, the injured, and those of modest means. Whether it is an unfair credit report, car purchase, loan agreement, or personal injury, we fight with vigor to get our clients the justice they deserve. Lawsuits are expensive, and many of our clients would have avoided pursuing their claims because of the expense, but because we often perform work for our clients based on contingency or a fee-shifting consumer protection law, we are able to bear the initial costs.

Lack of money, time, and knowledge should not be a door that locks a client out from receiving justice. Bad actors, whether businesses or people, should be held accountable for their wrongful actions and not infringe on the rights of others. This principle holds true whether our client is wealthy or disadvantaged.
