All too often, economic justice isn\u2019t provided \u201cwith liberty and justice for all.\u201d Oftentimes, the people that have the least to lose actually lose simply because they do not have access to lawyers willing to fight for them. That\u2019s not fair, and it\u2019s certainly not acceptable.\n

\n\nJustice should be blind and shouldn\u2019t be attached to the size of a person\u2019s bank account. That is the reason we fight for the underserved, the injured, and those of modest means. Whether it is an unfair credit report, car purchase, loan agreement, or personal injury, we fight with vigor to get our clients the justice they deserve. Lawsuits are expensive, and many of our clients would have avoided pursuing their claims because of the expense, but because we often perform work for our clients based on contingency or a fee-shifting consumer protection law, we are able to bear the initial costs. \n

\n\nLack of money, time, and knowledge should not be a door that locks a client out from receiving justice. Bad actors, whether businesses or people, should be held accountable for their wrongful actions and not infringe on the rights of others. This principle holds true whether our client is wealthy or disadvantaged. \t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
